Alhamdulillah now entered the last night of Ramadhan 1431 AH Sadly it will soon be parting with a month full of grace, forgiveness, blessing, abundant reward and hearts full of coolness. Romadhon this time I also feel a purpose shoum health consequences of a run, because before I Romadhon frequently ill.

May we be people who actually get the victory, that is to be pious. Taqwa in a sense not just during this holy month, but also in the eleventh month after Ramadhan. And may the good deeds we pray, shoum, tarawih / qiyamulail, tithes / Maal, recitations, tahfidzul qur'an, i'tikaf and so accepted Allah SWT as a sincere worship solely seeking pleasure of Him.
Government estimates, 1 Shawwal 1431 H this time it will fall on Friday. Here is an article taken from rumaysho.com discussion by the feat. M. Abduh Tuasikal about it.
Many are asking what if Hari Raya or Eid al-Adha falls on Friday, whether the prayer Jum'atnya fall because it has been carrying out Salaah?
Hopefully the following explanation can answer this. [1]
When the feast of Eid al-Fitr or Eid coincides with Friday, if Friday prayers to fall because it has been carrying out Salaah? For this problem the scholars have two opinions.
First opinion: People who perform Salaah is still obliged to perform the Friday prayers.
This is the opinion of most experts jurisprudence. However, scholars Syafi'iyah abort this obligation for the nomadic people (al bawadiy). Evidence of this opinion are:
First: the generality of the word of God Almighty,
"O ye who believe, if called upon to perform the prayers on Friday, then you made haste to remember Allah and leave your trading." (Surat Al jumu'a: 9)
Second: The argument that shows that it is obligatory Friday prayers. In the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,
"Whoever leaves three Friday prayers, God will lock the door of his heart." [2] The threat was loud as it suggests that the obligatory Friday prayers.
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:
الجمعة حق واجب على كل مسلم فى جماعة إلا أربعة عبد مملوك أو امرأة أو صبى أو مريض
"Friday prayer is an obligation for every Muslim with the congregation except for the four groups: [1] slave, [2] women, [3] a child, and [4] of the sick." [3]
Third: Because of the Friday prayers and Salaah are two prayers that are both mandatory (some scholars argue that Salaah is obligatory), then the Friday prayers and Salaah can not abort one another as the noon prayer and Salaah.
Fourth: Waivers leaving Friday prayers for those who already perform Salaah is specific to the Ahl-ul-bawadiy (a nomadic people like the Bedouins). The evidence is,
"Abu 'Ubaid said that he was with' Uthman bin 'Affan and today is Friday. Then he Salaah before the sermon. Then he berkhutbah and said, "O mankind!. Indeed this is where the accumulated two-day holiday (two days' ied). Anyone from the nomadic (not settled) want to wait for Friday prayers, then go ahead. But anyone who wants to go home, then go ahead and have let him. "[4]
Second opinion: For people who have attended the Salaah should not attend Friday prayers. But the imam of the mosque are encouraged to continue to perform the Friday prayers to those who have fulfilled the desire to attend the Friday prayers, as well as people who do not Salaah can also be present.
This opinion is elected by a majority of Hanbali scholars. And this opinion there is a history of 'Umar,' Uthman, 'Ali, Ibn' Umar, Ibn 'Abbas and Ibn Az-Zubair. Evidence of this opinion are:
First: It was narrated from ibn Abi Iyas Romlah Syamiy Ash, he said, "I've Mu'awiya bin Abi Sufyan accompanied and he asked Zaid bin Arqom,
"Have you ever seen the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam met with two' ied (day of Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha met Friday) in one day?" "Yeah", said Zaid. Then Mu'awiyah asked, "What did he do then? '" He perform Salaah and give relief to leave the Friday prayers, "said Zaid again. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Who wants to Friday prayers, then go ahead." [5]
As Ash Syaukani in Sailul Jaror (1/304) says that this hadith has a shaheed (a history of reinforcement). An Nawawi in Al Majmu '(4/492) said that the sanad of this hadith jayyid (between the saheeh and hasan, pen). 'Abdul Haq Al Ahkam Ash in Ash Syubaili Shugro (321) said that this hadeeth saheeh sanad. 'Ali Al Madini in Al Istidzkar (2/373) said that the sanad of this hadith jayyid (between the saheeh and hasan, pen). Shaykh al-Albaani in al Ajwibah An Nafi'ah (49) says that the hadith is authentic. [6] In essence, this hadith can be used as evidence or argument.
Second: From 'Atho', he said, "Ibn Az-Zubair when the day 'ied which falls on Friday had Salaah with us in the early afternoon. Then when it came time Ibn Az-Zubair Friday prayers do not come out, he just prayed alone. When that Ibn 'Abbas was in Thoif. When Ibn 'Abbas arrived, we were told Ibn Az-Zubair in the conduct of Ibn' Abbas. Ibn 'Abbas also said, "He is the person running the Sunnah (teachings of the Prophet) [ashobas sunna]." [7] If a friend says ashobas sunnah (sunnah run), it means the status marfu' is a saying of the Prophet.
Also narrated that 'Umar bin Al Khottob do like what was done by Ibn Az-Zubair. Similarly, Ibn 'Umar did not blame the act of Ibn Az Zubayr. Similarly, 'Ali bin Abi Tholib once said that anyone who has been performing Salaah then he should not perform the Friday prayers. And there are no known other friends opinion menyelisihi their opinion, they are. [8]
Conclusion:
Perhaps for people who have been working on Salaah for not attending Friday prayers, as many supporters of the companions of history and not known to have other friends who menyelisihi this opinion.
A second opinion may be expressed for people who have worked Salaah not attend Friday prayers, it can be judged marfu '(sayings of the Prophet) because it says "ashobas sunnah (he has followed the teachings of the Prophet)". Such words are judged marfu '(the same as the sayings of the Prophet), so that the second opinion is deemed more appropriate.
Said that the history which explains granting waivers Friday prayer is not specifically for people who like the nomadic Bedouin people (who are not convicted, mandatory Friday prayers), then this is too hard to force arguments. So what boondoggle 'Uthman said, "But anyone who wants to go home, then go ahead and have I allowed"? Ibn Az-Zubair Similarly, people who are not nomads, but he took no leniency Friday prayers, including the 'Umar bin Khottob who do the same thing.
Recommended for the Imam of the mosque for Friday prayers remain set up so that people who wanted to attend Friday prayers or not Salaah can attend. Theorem of this is recommended to read the letter Al and Al Ghosiyah A'laa if today 'ied meet on Friday Salaah and Friday prayers. Of An Nu'man bin Bashir, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
"Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam used to read in two' ied and the Friday prayers" sabbihisma robbikal A'la "and" Ataka haditsul ghosiyah thing "." An Nu'man bin Bashir said as well as the day 'ied to coincide with Friday, he read the second letter in each prayer. [9]
This Hadith also shows dianjurkannya read the letter Al and Al Ghosiyah A'laa when the day 'ied bertetapan with Friday and read each prayer (Salaah and Friday prayers).
Anyone who did not attend the Friday prayers and was attended Salaah, it is obligatory upon him to perform noon prayers, as described in the hadeeth of a general nature. Hadith is clear that those who did not attend Friday prayers, so instead, he prayed noon (4 rak'ahs). [10]
Hopefully what we present is beneficial to the Muslims. Praise be to God that with His blessings be perfect goodness.
